Online Personal Training for Women

Personal 1:1 coaching for targeted strength development, greater freedom of movement, and steadily improving self-regulation. Equally precise and individualized online, with clear guidance and targeted adjustments to movement and load.

Through mindful strength training, you build strength progressively and with intention while developing a better sense of muscle activation, compensations, breathing, and tension. You learn to notice these signals early, regulate them using practical tools, and interpret them in the context of your physical, mental, and emotional state that day, as well as your stress levels and hormonal status.

This allows you to make informed training decisions, manage load more precisely, improve movement quality, and reduce discomfort. At the same time, this ability carries over into everyday life: you recognize stress and tension earlier and know how to respond and adjust your load accordingly.

Who is it for?

Training does not have to look the same every day.

You may know the feeling: one day, your training feels strong and aligned. The next, even getting started feels difficult, although you had planned to do exactly the same thing.

That is when the question quickly comes up: Should I still challenge myself today, or would doing less make more sense right now?

Your body does not bring the same conditions to every training session. Sleep, stress, your menstrual cycle, hormonal changes, mental restlessness or emotional tension can all influence:

  • how you move

  • how much tension you hold

  • what your body is capable of on that particular day

That is why Bodhiflow is not about simply following a training plan regardless of how you are doing.

At the same time, mindful training does not mean constantly holding yourself back. You are meant to build strength, challenge yourself and move beyond your comfort zone. What matters is choosing a level of load that fits your current state.

I do not look at the physical, mental and emotional aspects separately. They influence one another and also show up in your training. Your female physiology is naturally taken into account as well, without allowing your cycle or hormones alone to determine what you are capable of.

The point we are looking for is what I call your sweet spot.

You challenge yourself enough to create a meaningful training stimulus without pushing beyond your daily limit. You learn to recognise:

  • when more is possible

  • when an adjustment makes sense

  • when enough is enough

This is exactly what the VASILÁ® Method brings together. It provides a clear framework for the coaching and helps you develop a better understanding of movement, physical load and your own body. Over time, you become more confident in adjusting and guiding your training independently and intuitively.

One day, your training feels strong and natural. The next, even getting started feels difficult, although you had planned to do the same thing. Should you still challenge yourself, or would doing less make more sense today?

Sleep, stress, your menstrual cycle, hormonal changes, as well as mental or emotional tension can affect how you move and what your body is capable of on that particular day.

That is why mindful training at Bodhiflow is neither about simply following a plan nor about constantly holding yourself back. You are meant to build strength, challenge yourself and move beyond your comfort zone, while adapting the training to your current state.

Physical, mental and emotional processes are all connected. Your female physiology is taken into account as well, without allowing your cycle or hormones alone to determine what you are capable of.

Your Sweet Spot

You create a meaningful training stimulus without pushing beyond your daily limit. You learn to recognise when more is possible, when an adjustment makes sense and when enough is enough.

This is the approach behind my VASILÁ® Method. It helps you develop a better understanding of movement, physical load and your own body, so that over time you can guide your training more independently and intuitively.

What You Develop Through Coaching

Physical

Strength

You build strength and physical capacity with purpose and learn to perform fundamental movement patterns with control and good technique. This creates a physical foundation that supports you both in training and in everyday life.

Mental

Movement Competence

You develop an increasingly clear understanding of your body. You learn to become more aware of your posture, muscle tension, breathing, weight distribution and individual movement patterns, recognise how they relate to one another, and better understand changes over time.

Emotional

Self-Regulation

You learn to become more aware of inner states such as tension, uncertainty, resistance or low energy, and regulate them more intentionally. At the same time, you become more confident in assessing your current state as a whole, finding your personal sweet spot and adjusting the training load to how you are doing that day.

How Online Coaching Works

The coaching remains personal, precise and individual. Only the location becomes flexible.

Personal 1:1 Support

Clear Structure. Regular Adjustments.

We begin with a movement assessment. I look at how you move and how stability, mobility, posture, muscle tension and weight distribution work together.

This also helps identify where your body compensates or shifts away from an optimal movement pattern.

From there, I build your individual training strategy.

– online sessions with direct feedback and precise corrections

– an individual training framework based on your movement assessment

– clear guidance on technique, movement patterns and training load management

– regular adjustments based on your progress, daily life and current physical capacity

– specific exercises and tasks for the time between our sessions

– access to my VASILÁ® Method as the foundation for connecting training, body awareness, regulation and self-management

Who & What Is Behind VASILÁ®?

Training Method | Mindful Strength Training, Regulation & Self-Management for Women

I’m Melina, a Sports Scientist and Founder of Bodhiflow® and the VASILÁ® Training Method.

I want to support women in becoming stronger while developing a better sense of how much challenge helps them progress as individuals. That means having the confidence to step outside your comfort zone while also being able to recognise and respect your own limits, whether they are physical, mental or emotional.

Training should be a well-dosed input that builds strength and energy over time, rather than simply demanding even more output from the body.

With VASILÁ®, women learn to recognise what is happening physically, mentally and emotionally, even under load, and to adjust their training intuitively in response. Strength training, body awareness, regulation and an understanding of female physiology all work together and form an integral part of the method.

This ability also carries over into everyday life. You begin to notice tension, rigid postures or inner restlessness earlier and can respond more intentionally before they intensify.

That is what VASILÁ® stands for: mindful strength training that teaches women how to challenge themselves without overriding their bodies.

Questions

During an initial consultation, we’ll discuss any remaining questions.

Yes. At Bodhiflow, the focus is on building real strength and learning to challenge yourself safely and with control, including with increasingly demanding weights over time. But what matters is not only how much weight you move, but also how your body handles the load.

In Online Personal Training, you combine structured strength training with precise movement, body awareness, and load management tailored to your current situation. You learn which muscles should be working, where you may be shifting or compensating, how to use breathing and tension effectively, and how far you can challenge yourself on a given day without pushing beyond your daily limit.

Yoga and Pilates can offer a great deal in terms of mobility, control, breathing, and body awareness. These same qualities are also integrated into VASILÁ®. However, targeted strength development additionally requires sufficiently challenging resistance that increases over time.

Muscle is not only important for becoming stronger or more defined. It also helps you control movement, distribute load more effectively, and make your body more resilient in everyday life and sport. When certain areas, such as the glutes, hips, or core, do not take on enough of the work, other structures often compensate. This may be one reason recurring discomfort persists despite regular movement.

You do not have to choose between yoga, Pilates, and strength training. VASILÁ® combines intentional movement, breathing, mobility, and body awareness with structured, progressive strength training. Resistance increases as you get stronger, while you also learn which muscles should be working, where you shift or compensate, and how to increase load with control.

Yes. You do not need to train regularly already or be particularly fit to start the coaching. At the same time, extensive training experience does not automatically mean that you begin the VASILÁ® training method at a completely different stage.

At first, the focus is on the foundations: How do you move? Which muscles are you actually activating? Where do you shift or compensate? How aware are you of your breathing, tension, and other body signals, and how accurately can you assess load?

This is where a highly athletic woman and someone who has barely trained for years can have surprisingly similar starting points. The difference lies more in how much strength, physical capacity, and movement experience are already present.

From there, we build your training step by step. As your movement quality, body awareness, and muscle activation improve, load can be increased with intention. This way, you not only develop more strength, but also an increasingly accurate sense of how your body works under load and what it can handle on a given day.

Yes. Movement analysis is a central part of my work, both online and in person. Drawing on my academic background in sports science and my practical 1:1 experience, I assess not only whether an exercise looks correct overall, but how your body actually organizes the movement.

I look at factors including foot position and weight distribution, knee and hip alignment, trunk and shoulder position, range of motion, breathing, muscle activation, and possible compensations. Depending on the exercise, I may ask you to adjust the camera position or show the movement from several angles.

Through targeted corrections and repetitions, I can immediately assess what changes, where you are still compensating, and which adjustment makes sense next. My in-person work also sharpens my eye for online analysis because I regularly observe movement patterns from different angles and in hands-on sessions.

Online coaching cannot replace every aspect of in-person training, such as hands-on corrections. However, technique, movement analysis, and load management can be coached with great precision. You therefore receive more than a training plan: you receive expert guidance in which I look closely at how your body is actually working.

How are stress, day-to-day readiness, the menstrual cycle, perimenopause, or menopause taken into account in training?
