Female informed: female physiology as the foundation, hormonal rhythms as guidance. Grounded in sports science and research on female performance. Aligned with your life stage, energy level, and recovery.
3fachfit: Physical strength, mental clarity, and emotional stability work together and give you more stable energy. You build strength as a system that works in training and supports you in everyday life.
Mindful strength training, somatic and embodied. You guide your breathing, tension, and technique so training becomes an input, not an added stressor. And you use the same tools in everyday life to regulate stress early and keep your energy stable.
Perform. Carry. Keep going. A body that keeps up for as long as it can. A nervous system stuck on overdrive, while energy becomes less reliable and strength slowly fades.
Many women function “well enough” for a long time, while their connection to their own body, and their understanding of its signals, grows quieter. Not from lack of interest, but because pace, demands, and expectations take over, often regardless of what body and mind are actually feeding back.
Over time, energy becomes less consistent, recovery takes longer, and inner calm becomes rare. Complaints add up, and training and routines that used to work stop delivering the same results. And still, for a long time, it gets dismissed as “normal”.
This is exactly where my work begins – online, in Berlin, and in my retreat on Rhodes. When it becomes clear that a new direction is needed.
I see body, thinking, and feeling as one connected system. What starts mentally or emotionally shows up physically, and vice versa. That is why I connect training, recovery, and everyday life in a way that makes stability and resilience not just something you understand, but something you can feel in your body.
I support women in understanding their bodies again, building strength, and using it consciously. Not to avoid stress, but to use it well: to recognize when load builds you, and when regulation is needed. Not doing everything, but doing what fits – so you feel strong, self-led, and connected to yourself again.
The 3fachfit Method “Triple fit” describes what we develop: physical resilience, mental clarity, and emotional stability. Working somatically means noticing how your body responds to load and recovery. Working embodied means anchoring knowledge so decisions come from inner clarity, not from pressure or information overload.
The foundation is an understanding of female biology: hormonal dynamics and the cycle, muscle quality, life stages, and the nervous system shape how energy is available, how stress is processed, and how recovery lands. When these connections are accounted for, self-leadership becomes possible – and intuition becomes reliable again.
My aim is to make women stronger, not through self-optimization, but through self-leadership and the ability to stay with yourself. To give you tools to carry everyday pressure: with a body that is resilient and pain-free, a mind that stays clear, and an inner stability that does not tip with external noise.
What this support looks like in practice becomes clear in the next step.

A nervous system stuck on overdrive.
Many women function “well enough” for a long time, while their connection to their own body grows quieter. Female biology is often left out of the equation, with real consequences for energy, capacity, and recovery.
This is exactly where my work begins.
In Berlin, online, and at my retreat on Rhodes. For women who want to build reliable energy, strength, and resilience again.
My approach: Triple fit. Physical, mental, emotional.
Somatic: using your body as your compass again. Reading signals. Dosing load in a way that fits.
Embodied: anchoring knowledge so it stays accessible in everyday life, even under stress.
The goal is resilience and self-leadership:
Using stress on purpose. Keeping energy stable. Staying with yourself.
Personal training with me is more than working through exercises. It is precise coaching that connects strength building, body awareness, and self-regulation, so results are not only visible, but also tangible.
I work with a clear training system built around your real life: time, energy, and your current life phase. You learn to read your signals, dose training load with intention, and structure recovery so progress becomes possible. Physically, mentally, and emotionally.
You get clear guidance, a concrete plan, and tools you can use between sessions, so your development stays with you day to day and does not depend on the next appointment.
3xfit — 1:1 Online Coaching (12 weeks)
A personalised strength and self-leadership programme for women who want body recomposition while building lasting inner stability. You’ll receive a clear training plan, female-informed adjustments aligned with your diet energy and cycle, and somatic/embodied tools that strengthen focus, regulation, and follow-through—both in training and in everyday life. The goal: physical resilience, mental clarity, and emotional stability that truly lasts.
A retreat for women who want to come back home to their bodies. Through movement, stillness, and a rhythm that holds you.
Mindful strength training meets somatic regulation and embodiment. Train with intention. Recover with intention. Sense what truly fits. Female-informed. Clear and practical.
With the sea nearby and space to step back, it becomes easier to read your inner signals with precision: energy, tension, boundaries, needs. You build strength in a dose that gives energy back, and you leave with tools that stay with you in everyday life. For stability and presence. Physically, mentally, and emotionally.
More orientation. Better decisions. Training as a system: guiding strength, recovery, and everyday life in a way that fits. For reliable energy, sustainable strength, and long-term health.
A brief overview of your goal, your daily life, and your current energy level, so I can understand what you need right away.
We clarify your starting point, set priorities, and choose the format that fits best. You will get initial orientation and a clear picture of the next steps.
You receive a clear structure for training and self regulation, tailored to your current life phase, so you know what matters now and how to implement it.

I’m Melina Georgina. The starting point of my work was not “fitness”, but a question that has been with me since my sports science degree: Why do some people stay capable over the long term, physically strong and mentally clear, while others, despite discipline, eventually burn out, get injured, or lose connection to themselves?
In my work, I see the same pattern again and again: Many women come with the goal of visible change and fail not because of a lack of plan or willpower, but because body and mind are treated like two separate worlds. For me, everything comes down to the energy system. When everyday life, stress, and training create more output than sleep, recovery, and the right dosage can balance as input, energy becomes unreliable. And that is exactly when technique, posture, progress, and overall wellbeing start to slip.
That is why training with me is a system of biomechanics, the nervous system, and energy, not just a list of exercises. As soon as training becomes conscious, more than your shape changes. Breathing, muscle activation, focus, and recovery become tools that also support you in everyday life. Training can be an additional stressor. Or it can build capacity. My approach is designed to guide training so it becomes input.
This is where my approach 3fachfit (Triple fit) comes from: physical resilience, mental clarity, and emotional stability as one connected system. Resilience means processing load, regulating early, recovering reliably, and staying able to act under pressure.
Today, I support women in using their bodies as a compass again. One key part is recomposition, which for me means a deliberate shift in body composition. Not just “losing weight” or “building muscle”, but changing your body in a way that makes it more capable, more stable, and more defined. It is about better muscle quality, less stress in the system, improved posture, pain-free movement, and real capacity. The result is visible and tangible.
Female physiology is not an add-on. It is the foundation. Many recommendations are historically based on data from male bodies, and women end up using strategies that do not truly fit. That is why I translate current findings on female physiology into practical decisions for training load and recovery.
So this knowledge does not stay theoretical, my approach combines mindful strength training with sport psychology in action, somatic and embodied. Somatic means you use your body as your guide again: breathing, tension, and muscle activation show you how to dose load in a way that fits. Embodied means you become more sensitive in everyday life to shifts in your body and nervous system. You recognize when stress builds you and when it tips, and you use concrete tools to regulate early, before protective patterns and compensations set in and cortisol stays chronically elevated.
