This retreat is a clearly held framework designed to help you come back to yourself – physically, mentally, and emotionally. It is not about more input, but about better orientation: what truly strengthens you, and what drains your energy?

What to expect
Throughout the week, we work with the core pillars that actually hold up in real life: strength, regulation, recovery, and female biology as an orientation. You will learn how to dose load intelligently, make sense of your signals, and make decisions from an inner reference point rather than from pressure or habit.

No one-size-fits-all program, but a clear structure
You will receive tools and practice you can adapt to your everyday life: technique-focused strength training, bodywork for regulation, meditation and journaling for focus and recovery, plus workshops on cycle, energy, and life phases.

Structure with space. Everything is an invitation within a steady rhythm. You can participate actively or consciously take the rest you need. The goal is not to take it all in, but to leave feeling more stable, clearer, and with more reliable energy in everyday life.

Lodging

A unique location awaits you. The perfect place to relax away from the masses.
Located in a bay with a private beach and sea view, you can enjoy your time and slow down.

Other highlights include an indoor pool and a beautiful terrace overlooking the ocean. The best conditions to let your soul baumeln.

All rooms have a balcony and private bathroom. There are single and double rooms. So you can either share a room with another person or book the single suite.
Of course, we make sure that everything fits together and that all conditions are met so that everyone feels comfortable.

Rhodes Island

Rhodes brings together open space, sea, and history - with coastlines, gentle hills, and wide views. The island carries traces of different eras: medieval architecture, ancient sites, and a cultural heritage that is not loud, but present.

If you feel like exploring between retreat days, you can wander through the Old Town of Rhodes (a UNESCO World Heritage Site), visit Lindos and its Acropolis, or choose quieter stretches of coastline for walks. Small coves and greener valleys invite you to experience the island at your own pace.

This creates a setting where retreat and island work together: structure in the retreat, openness outside - and enough space in between to find your rhythm again.

Type of diet

Energy in everyday life often starts where it is most underestimated: with food.

At the retreat, we focus on a Mediterranean inspired cuisine - fresh, seasonal, high quality, and easy to digest. Not as a diet, but as a foundation for steady energy, recovery, and a calmer system. From a female informed perspective, it is mainly about rhythm and nourishment: enough protein, good fats, and nutrient dense carbohydrates - combined in a way that keeps blood sugar and energy more stable throughout the day.

This supports focus, training, sleep, and hormonal balance, without you needing to count, track, or eat "perfectly". In short: food should support you during the retreat, not take up your mental space.

The retreat brings together sports science expertise from academic study, advanced training, and real world practice with an approach that connects body, nervous system, and everyday life. The goal is not a “new you”, but clearer orientation: what strengthens you, and how to implement it.

Rhodes is not just a backdrop. With a personal connection to the island, I share places that invite calm, along with curated glimpses into its culture and atmosphere, without the pressure of a packed schedule.

I look forward to a week that is clearly structured while leaving real space for practice, recovery, and honest exchange, so you go home with something that truly supports you in everyday life.
