Thanks to my well-founded knowledge from my sports science degree, specialized additional qualification and my practical experience, it doesn’t matter whether you are a beginner, amateur athlete or professional athlete. You are younger or older. I will help you reach your goal.

I offer retreats on the sunny island of Rhodes in Greece. My 3-way fit concept: PHYSICAL. MENTAL. EMOTIONAL also forms the basis here. It’s not just about slowing down, but also about personal growth. My aim is to provide you with knowledge, tools and methods that will help you to sustainably increase and consciously manage your energy even after the retreat. In this way, you can harmonize high ambitions, vitality and inner peace and face life’s challenges with strength, centeredness and resilience.

I’m Melina Georgina and I’m here to help you get fit holistically. My concept started with the knowledge I gained from studying sports science and answering the question of what helps athletes achieve lasting peak performance, regardless of their physical condition.

In our performance-oriented society, there are many parallels to traditional competitive sports. Therefore, I have developed a special training concept to harmonize performance with inner well-being and health, even in the middle of the city, under pressure and potential stress.
